Brief

The Bundarra Penthouse renovation transformed the entire residence, with a complete gutting and reconfiguration of the original layout. The updated layout focused on enhancing the flow throughout the space while establishing distinct areas for relaxation, entertaining, and privacy.

Situated on the top floor of a modern apartment building, this project presented complex logistical requirements. We faced tight deadlines that necessitated a rapid construction schedule, while access to the site demanded innovative solutions and co-ordination with trades and other residents. To achieve the desired results, many interior materials and fixtures were craned into place, demanding meticulous planning and execution..

Outcome

Bundarra Penthouse exemplifies a contemporary update that emphasises an effortless flow throughout the space. The redesigned layout incorporates an abundance of amenities, including a concealed butler’s pantry, discreet bar and spacious master suite; all tailored to fulfill the client's vision of a tranquil urban sanctuary.

Material finishes received careful consideration, with a focus on a refined, pared-back palette. Allowing the views to take centre stage.

Despite a tight construction timeline, we successfully coordinated overlapping schedules of specialist trades while maintaining open lines of communication. This ensured that all spatial and preparatory requirements were meticulously met, resulting in a harmonious and well-executed renovation.
