Con Critharis

Co-Founder & Director

Con is the Co-Founder of Critharis, with over 50 years of experience building homes across Sydney’s eastern suburbs. He has always been focused on residential construction and has been building architectural homes for over 30 years— many of which still stand today.

Elia Critharis

Co-Founder & Director

Elia is the Co-Founder of Critharis, and followed his father and older brother’s footsteps into the building industry over 40 years ago. Together with Critharis Co-Founder and brother, Con, Elia has been building prestige architectural homes in Sydney’s eastern suburbs for over 30 years.

Will Critharis

Managing Director

Will is the Managing Director of Critharis, responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the company. A skilled third-generation builder, Will combines an academic background with decades of on-site experience to ensure that all projects are delivered to the exacting detail associated with the Critharis name.

Our core expertise is in the planning, management and delivery of highly detailed and complex architectural homes. Each project we undertake is led by our directors to ensure the exacting levels of craftsmanship and rigour in process is applied.

For over 40 years we have been entrusted to deliver exceptional quality homes across Sydney’s harbour side suburbs in collaboration with leading architects, designers and our specialist contractors.

02 Alterations and Additions

Each alterations and additions project provides its own set of unique challenges for which we provide comprehensive consultative and management services. We can be engaged during property selection, advise throughout design documentation and provide detailed construction management.

We are experienced working with heritage, post war and contemporary architectural homes undertaking broad scopes of renovation works.

03 Ongoing Upkeep and Care

We enjoy long term partnerships with our clients and provide ongoing maintenance services and special works once the initial build has been completed.

Our team has an intricate understanding of each home we build. We are able to utilise our relationships with the services contractors and suppliers engaged during the build to ensure that the home is maintained and serviced as specified.
